These guys sent installers who put a staple through a water pipe, which resulted in a slow leak in the wall cavity which eventually made its way into the ensuite itself. Plaster lining, tiles and vanity had to be removed and replaced. A significant repair cost which this company has refused to pay. Just not worth the trouble dealing with a company who don't take responsibility for their actions. Mistakes happen but not taking ownership of issues is an indication of how this company operates. Their installers clearly don't have the necessary experience and understanding of the precautions and care they must take whilst working on a construction site. Stay away from this mob.... TO THE OWNER RESPOND TO ME RATHER THAN THE REVIEWERS THAT GiVE YOU A 5 STAR RATING.
